The Full Axis Fellowship exists for first-generation and low-income (FGLI) students who bring the same drive and potential as any applicant we work with, but not always the same resources.
Every FGLI-verified applicant is considered for the Fellowship first. Students not selected as Fellows automatically qualify for FGLI pricing, a reduced cost across our full mentorship program. No verified applicant is turned away.
Financial background shouldn't determine access to strategy and mentorship. We built the Fellowship so our most resource-constrained applicants get the same caliber of guidance as any student at Full Axis.
Fellows are selected through a cohort-based review. Cohorts form on a rolling basis as applications come in, but selection within each cohort is based on need and fit, not on who applied first. Verified applicants are grouped into small cohorts, regardless of transfer or first-year background, and each cohort moves through a short series of conversations, from an initial group session down to a final round. One Fellow is selected from each cohort. There's no separate essay or additional fee to apply; it's part of the same intake process every applicant goes through.
