The Full Axis Fellowship exists for first-generation and low-income (FGLI) students who bring the same drive and potential as any applicant we work with, but not always the same resources.

How It Works

Every FGLI-verified applicant is considered for the Fellowship first. Students not selected as Fellows automatically qualify for FGLI pricing, a reduced cost across our full mentorship program. No verified applicant is turned away.

Our Philosophy

Financial background shouldn't determine access to strategy and mentorship. We built the Fellowship so our most resource-constrained applicants get the same caliber of guidance as any student at Full Axis.

How the Fellowship Works

A limited number of Fellowship spots are available each cycle. Selected Fellows pay a single flat intro fee and are matched into our Founders package. Selection is based on need and fit, not first-come-first-served. Once all Fellowship spots for the cycle are filled, Fellowship applications close for that cycle.

Fellows are selected through a cohort-based review, run on a rolling basis as applications come in. Verified applicants are grouped into small cohorts, regardless of transfer or first-year background, and each cohort moves through a short series of conversations, from an initial group session down to a final round, until a Fellow is chosen from that group. There's no separate essay or additional fee to apply; it's part of the same intake process every applicant goes through.

FGLI (Transfer Axis)

FGLI pricing applies at two-thirds of the standard price, whichever Transfer Axis tier and add-ons you choose. Here's how that plays out across our packages:

FGLI (Review Axis)

Essay-only pricing scales with your actual supplemental load, then the same two-thirds FGLI pricing applies to the total.

Your actual mix of full-length and short-response essays will differ, so this is illustrative rather than fixed. We calculate your exact total during your free consultation, once we know your real school list.

FGLI applicants pay two-thirds of the final total. In this example, the $375 standard total becomes $250.

FGLI (Testing Axis)

Standardized testing prep is billed hourly and stays fully separate from mentorship tiers. The same two-thirds rate applies directly to the hourly rate, independent of Fellowship or FGLI pricing status on the mentorship side.

Eligibility & Verification: FGLI status is verified through documentation such as FAFSA Student Aid Index, free/reduced lunch eligibility, Pell Grant eligibility, or first-generation college student status. This is a standard part of our intake process and keeps the program available to the students it's built for.
